We strive to provide a seamless and effective matchmaking service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Therefore, we have outlined our refund policy below:

Membership Fees

The fee is non-refundable, unless mentioned otherwise as part of the communication or offer.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Technical Errors: If the website experiences technical issues that prevent members from accessing the service for an extended period, a refund may be issued for the time affected.
  2. Misrepresentation: If a member provides false or misleading information that significantly impacts the matchmaking process, and the issue cannot be resolved satisfactorily, a refund may be granted at the discretion of Matchworthy.
  3. Inactivity of Service: If Matchworthy fails to deliver the promised matchmaking service due to reasons within its control, a refund may be provided upon request. In case of circumstances not stated above, refund policy shall be governed by the terms of subscription communicated at the time of payment.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, members must contact Matchworthy at Customer Support ([email protected]) within 30 days of the issue arising.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Matchworthy reserves the right to refuse a refund if it determines that the member violated the terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Refund Amount:

Refunds, if approved, will be for the amount paid by the member for the affected service period. Matchworthy will not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by the member.

Refund Disbursement:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible with 7-14 days.

Cancellation Policy:

Members can cancel their subscription at any time, refund shall be made as per applicable subscription terms within 7-14 days.

Policy Updates:

Matchworthy reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
