Matchworthy Mixers – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Matchworthy
If the Event is cancelled by Matchworthy for any reason, we will refund the amount you paid towards the Event back to source within 7-14 days.

Rescheduling by Matchworthy
If the event is rescheduled due to any reason by Matchworthy, you will have the option to claim full refund or let the charges be adjusted against any future events.

Cancellation by Attendee
If you decide to cancel your attendance for any reason, refunds will be granted according to the following schedule:

a. 100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the Event date. (Eg. if event date is 23rd, then request made not later than 5pm on the 16th).

b. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior to the event.

c. No Refund: Cancellations made after less than 3 days before the event date.

d. No show: No refund is applicable in case of no show.

How to Request a Refund?

Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] with the subject line: “Refund Request for Matchworthy Mixer Event [Date of Event]”. Refund requests received after the specified timeframes will not be eligible for any refund. The Refunds will be processed within a 7-14 days after the request is approved.
