By attending or participating in Matchworthy Mixer Event, hosted by Vaisertech Advance Pvt Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before attending or registering for the Event.

1. Eligibility
The event is open only to members who are at lest 21 years old. To attend the Event, you must apply for membership.

2. Attending an event
Choose the event you’d like to attend and pay the relevant fee. Registration may be subject to approval by the Organiser, and attendance is not guaranteed until confirmation is provided.

3. Event Schedule and Location
The Event will take place on communicated date located at the specified venue. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or format of the Event without prior notice.

4. Conduct
By attending the Event, you agree to: Act in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Abide by all local laws and regulations as specified for the venue. Follow any instructions provided by the Matchworthy.in team or Event staff. Matchworhy reserves the right to remove any individual from the Event for disruptive behaviour, harassment, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Health and Safety
Your health and safety are important to us. By attending the Event, you acknowledge and accept that: You are responsible for your own well-being during the Event. You agree to comply with any health and safety measures (e.g., COVID-19 protocols, fire safety) in place at the Event. Matchworhy is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages incurred during the Event, except where required by law.

6. Liability Waiver
By attending the Event, you waive any claims or liabilities against Matchworhy, sponsors, partners, and their affiliates related to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm that may occur during or in connection with the Event. You acknowledge that Matchworthy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Intellectual Property
The Event and all related materials (including but not limited to logos, designs, content, and presentations) are the intellectual property of Matchworthy and its affiliates. You may not record, reproduce, or use any content from the Event without prior written consent from Matchworthy.

8. Photographs and Media
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by Matchworthy or its representatives. Matchworthy may use these images and recordings for promotional or marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites and advertisements, published on digital platforms or other print medium, without compensation to you.

9. Data Protection
Your data collected shall be used by Matchworthy or its partners for the purposes of analytics, event management, communication, marketing and any other purpose required to provide a better experience for our members and participants

10. Alcohol and Smoking
If the Event involves the consumption of alcohol: You must comply with all local laws regarding the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Matchworhy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication. Smoking may be prohibited in certain areas of the Event, and smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

11. Force Majeure
Matchworhy is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In the event of circumstances beyond our control that cause the Event to be canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, refunds will be issued at the discretion of Matchworhy. We may offer alternative solutions, such as rescheduling the Event or providing credits for future events, depending on the nature of the disruption.

12. Date Change

In case you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered, you can postpone your attendance to a future event, provided you make such request at least 3 days pier or to the event date

13. Transfers and Substitutions

If you are unable to attend the Event, your registration is NON-TRANSFERABLE. No one will be allowed to attend Event on your behalf.

14. Amendments
Matchworthy reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or communicated to registered attendees directly. By continuing to participate in the Event after such changes, you agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of India, and any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delhi, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
